Job description



Tradebe is searching for an Accounts Receivable Portal Clerk to ensure our customers are up to date on Tradebe's new portal and help with the submission of invoices. This is a temporary position for the duration of appx. 3-6 months.



The role

• Call and educate customers on the Tradebe portal


• Gather feedback from customers about the new portal


• Invoice submissions via email or portal


• Issue statements and reminders to customers


• Other duties as assigned

The person

• Technology savvy


• Management of tasks for a high number of customers


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required


• Attention to detail


• Ability to take initiative and follow through


• Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
