Position Overview:

The senior-level Commercial Lender is responsible for acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing loan, deposit and treasury relationships with businesses that generally have revenues up to $50mm. This position provides exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation.




• Managing and growing existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have up to $50M in revenue.




• Takes ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.




• Executes exemplary portfolio management via the following by: Maintaining appropriate risk rating on all credits at all times, managing administrative past dues to 0% at all times, managing delinquencies as close to 0% at all times, keeping documentation exceptions to a minimum, maintaining covenant tracking without missing testing dates, limit reporting tickler exceptions to a minimum.




• Works closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as wells as developing an external network of centers of influence.




• Takes part in bank events during and after hours.




• Responsible for understanding the impact of lending on the bank’s CRA goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent




• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience




• Ability to travel 10-50%
