Job Description:

Epiq is a leader in Legal Class Action, Remediation, and Mass Tort/Lien Resolution dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to drive innovation and business success. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Engagement (CSE), Azure, Power Platform, and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Solution Architecture: Design and develop scalable architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Azure Function Apps, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technical requirements.


  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex functional and technical business requirements.


  • API Development: Design and implement complex APIs for system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between applications.


  • Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.


  • Azure DevOps & CI/CD: Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project workflows, implement CI/CD pipelines, and promote ALM best practices across development and operations teams.


  • Custom Development: Guide the customization and development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet specific business needs while optimizing performance and scalability.


  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution designs, API specifications, and user guides.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


  • Support & Optimization: Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing solutions, identifying opportunities for enhancement and increased efficiency.


  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders to promote effective use of Microsoft technologies.


  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Azure, and Power Platform.

  • Extensive experience with Azure Function Apps, complex API development, and enterprise application scalability.

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is 91,922.40 - 183,844.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
