The Opportunity


We are seeking a Full-Time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Physiatry team. Our clinic is located at 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA 01960 and we are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekly schedules will consist of 36 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 4 hours of administrative time.


The team is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to support access for our growing Spine clinic. Under the clinical supervision of the Chief of the service line, the NP/PA will oversee and participate in the care of patients with both acute and chronic back pain in the outpatient setting. The NPs/PAs responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Coordinating and participating in treatment plans including pain management, referrals to physical therapy and surgery

  • Navigating patients to appropriate level of continuous care and provider support

The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has an interest in providing patient-facing specialized care in a community practice. When hiring, we look for candidates who possess not only the relevant licensure, experience, skills, and competencies, but also positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work.


  • Master's degree in nursing OR master's degree in physician assistant studies required

  • Current MA NP license OR PA license required upon hire

  • 0-1+ years of NP or PA experience in Orthopedics, Physiatry, or Pain Management strongly preferred
