We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.

Behavioral Health Pediatric and Adolescent Therapist is responsible for providing high quality assessment, intervention, and consultation within an integrated interdisciplinaryteam in aprimarycare clinic setting. This position is within aFederal Qualified Health Center serving a linguistically and culturally diverse patient population.The Behavioral Health Therapist will provide both short-term and longitudinal evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a focus on addressing a broad range of mental health and substance use concerns, withpatients whose health is impacted by a variety of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) challenges.

The Behavioral Health Therapist will work in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy providing both in-person and telehealth services.Additionally, the Behavioral Health Therapist will collaborate with other members of the care team, use good judgment, recommend solutions, and be able to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.

This position offers opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure, does not have on-call or after-hour requirements, and includes hybrid work options.
