Job Title: Product Coordinator - UGG Footwear

Reports to: Senior Product Line Manager - UGG Kids' Footwear

Location: Goleta, CA

The Role

The Product Coordinator is a crucial member of the Product Team. Under the direction of the VP, FLG and Senior Product Line Manager the Coordinator supports the team with a variety of administrative and product related functions to ensure smooth operational flow.

The Product Coordinator will provide tactical support for Senior Product Line Manager and Product Line Managers throughout product line life cycle from concept to go-to-market. Product Coordinator will assist PLM Team with a variety of daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operational flow across the category product organization - including assisting translating the global product line into Flex PLM, partnering with other team coordinators to ensure team alignment going into key milestones / deliverables, and collaborating with other cross-functional team members on Sales Operations, Marketing, and Copywriting.

Administrative responsibilities will include providing support for FLG VP and product team for upcoming deadlines based on the critical path calendar in the form of assisting with calendar management and meeting execution.

A strong candidate for the role is a highly organized, self-starter; a team player who can work under pressure, solve problems on the fly, has a strong positive attitude and manages their time effectively and independently .

Product Coordinator support for the Kids' Footwear Product Team (65% time spent):


  • Sample Management

  • Milestone deliverables

  • Assisting PLM team with daily administrative functions - FPLM data entry, product communication, copy/profiles review, etc.

  • Maintaining and creating organization - GTM documents, VLP tools, etc.

Administrative support for FLG VP Product and Product Team (35% time spent):


  • Provide support, as needed for upcoming deadlines based on critical path calendar - calendar management, communication to PLM team, help with meeting execution, etc.

  • Provide administrative support to the VP on various tasks as needed

  • Help the Product team to coordinate small events (local market travels - or internal milestones)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 6 months - 3 years related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising, etc. with fashion footwear preferred

  • Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlines

  • Business acumen - able to quickly analyze and comprehend financial, marketing, and sales information

  • Basic understanding of product merchandising concepts and process

  • Analytic ability to process complex data and information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications

$29.00 - $31.00

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
