Location: Cerritos, California
Job responsibilities-
Entering orders (LX based system) + Emailed orders
Processing up to 20 orders a day when busy
Following up with customers on orders and providing updates
Working internally with the sales and other internal teams and following up with them
Document control - Scanning documents for customer orders
Handle customer complaints - Filling out forms, customer follow through
Some customer phone calls for status, invoice, damages, or tracking
Responsible for certain territory - They will put together a delays/updates report - Excel
Basic and intermediate computer skills
Should be well spoken and strong written communication
Looking for at least 2+ years in customer service within a manufacturing enviornment
