- Monitor financial aid packages and communicate changes to students and parents
- Review and updated all financial aid verification forms
- Ensure all parents and students have completed required applications and paperwork
- Follow up with students and parents via phone and email

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills and organizational skills
