We are looking for high energy, experienced loan professionals who will work in a call center setting (inbound and outbound calls), where they will be responsible for following loan applications through closing and assisting any customers calling in with questions regarding their loan in process. The successful candidate must have the ability to manage a large pipeline of loan applications (average 55-65) originated through the Customer Care areas generated over the phone or through our online channel, possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to understand and explain financial information and documentation, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills and PC proficiency required. The open position is a hybrid position with some remote work as well as work onsite located at our Main Campus location in Cleveland, OH.
Requirements:
Work hours are generally scheduled between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm – Monday through Thursday, until 6:00 pm on Friday and requires some Saturdays.
