Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to join our clients company located in the Milford CT area. This is a full time onsite direct placement role for candidates with 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
Salary range $95,000-$107,500 plus incentives for production and safety goals
This is a fully onsite role
Full time 8a-5p Monday through Friday
Direct placement with wonderful benefits, PTO and retirement
What skills and experience is required?
Leading skilled manufacturing teams of 40+
Experience with CNC programming, machining, Lathes, Mills, and similar
Lean Principles
Scheduling and planning
Machine maintenance
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and clients as needed
Data entry, report generation, and general PC utilization
4 year college degree
Consistent work history as a manufacturing leader
