Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a large, CA-based firm that is looking hire a new litigation secretary for the staff. The office this particular role will work from is the firm's Long Beach/Cerritos office. Candidates must be able to work in-office full time.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
4+ years working in litigation
e-File in both State and Federal Court, understand direct use of OneLegal
Format and revise a wide variety of legal documents
Strong knowledge of Court Calendaring rules, and use of calendaring software
Expertise with MS Office (Word, Outlook)
Administrative support of attorney assigned, tracking billable hours, booking travel, maintain meeting calendar, etc
