Job Title: Hospice RN Case Manager



Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice RN Case Manager sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. The area of coverage is Bedford, Nashua, and Manchester area.



Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years


• HCHB experience


• NH or Compact RN license


• BLS
