Power MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR



JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safely leading the work activities of an entire Multi-craft Maintenance crew; planned, scheduled, and emergency work, quality of workmanship, training, housekeeping, and all other maintenance efforts. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Area Maintenance Superintendent.


QUALIFICATIONS:


• Associate or bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years applicable experience in a leadership role.
• Power or other Heavy Industrial experience is required.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Be a safety leader and role model.
• Consistently execute the mill-wide Maintenance Management Processes.
• Lead Precision Maintenance Efforts and documentation.
• Participate in the development of work procedures and plans.
• Communicate mill and department performance levels and standards to Craftsmen.
• Lead workforce engagement, employee relations and development.
