Compensation: $76,462.26 annually

The EHR Provider Support Supervisor will lead and manage the EHR Provider Support Team. This position will directly supervise the EHR Provider Support team and assist with problem resolution for the agency Psychiatry, Primary Care, and Dental providers. They will ensure timely response to requests and provide guidance to the EHR Provider Support Team.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC:

* Manages the day-to-day operations of the EHR Provider Support Team, including ensuring coverage of chats and tickets as needed
* Provide direct assistance to providers when needed to resolve EHR issues or when coverage is needed.
* Ensures responses to Provider Teams chats are timely, meet the goals set by the department and are completed with a high level of quality customer service
* Understands the various Electronic Health Record systems within the organization
* Assists with advanced troubleshooting and escalation of issues related to providers' EHR workflows
* Responsible for ensuring EHR Provider Support staff have appropriate training on any new or existing workflows to fully support providers across departments
* Supervise/manage the EHR Provider Support Team
* Responsible for monthly reports to department leadership such as trending of tickets (provide education) or identifying any opportunities for efficiency or improvement
* Manage multiple projects and associated tasks to meet deadlines
* Attend meetings as required
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

* Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Completes performance development/AIM process
* Time card management - manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

* High School/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, informatics or related field preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High level of computer proficiency and Electronic Health Record knowledge preferred
