The Role

The Senior Manager, Global Demand CoE is a catalyst with an out-of-the-box mindset and passionate about creating end-to-end solutions. The person is a harmonizer who enjoys bridging three pillars of system process and organizations and a change leader to align cross-functional direction and drive new process and system adoption.

A strong candidate should possess the ability to dive deep into operational details without losing sight of the big picture and create an outsized impact through authentic leadership.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • 1. Serve as the Product Owner for Demand Planning technology (e.g., o9), delivering incremental business value on a defined cadence.

  • 2. Act as Strategist with product vision in mind while manage tactical need in project management through platform enhancement and process refinement. Set strategy & roadmap, create stakeholder alignment on prioritization.

  • 3. Dive in regional demand planning practice horizontally while connect related streams vertically (e.g. product assortment, order management, supply planning), translate the business need into platform requirement and stakeholders' engagement.

  • 4. Track Demand Planning KPI, engage users through different measures including best-practice sharing workshops, refresher training and user guide update, and drive user adoption of the product team's output.

  • 5. Harmonize, and standardize where necessary, business practices to empower the Demand Planning technology to deliver maximum value.

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Open minded, balance of attention to details and big picture, resilience

We'd love to hear from people with


  • 10+ years of planning (e.g., Demand Planning, Sales Planning, Merchandising or Integrated Business Planning, etc.) experience in a high growth cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio or comparable relevant experience. (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred)

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA preferred)

  • Previous project management experience helpful and AGILE preferred.

  • Expert level Microsoft Office applications proficiency.

  • Expert in enterprise demand planning platform functionality.

$150,000 - $160,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
