Outreach Coordinator at St. Paul's Senior Services

Job Summary:

Provide quality administrative, communications and marketing support to Outreach and Marketing Department through a variety of tasks that support St. Paul's Senior Services and PACE in a positive and upbeat fashion.

Key Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate events, outreach meetings, recognitions and department events.

  • Purchase event items such as food, gift certificates, decorations, etc.

  • Ensure all communities and PACE sites have ample marketing supplies.

  • Provide back-up support to outreach and marketing as needed (training will be provided) during events and presentations.


  • Establish and maintain various databases such as Monday.com (training provided), RSVP lists, and reminder emails.

  • Strong office management skills: filing, copying, phones, scheduling, order promotion items, office supply, inventory and more.

  • Submit marketing, facility and IT requests on behalf of department.

  • Manage deliveries to all communities and PACE sites.

  • Weekend coverage as needed.

  • Maintain marketing closets – fully stocked and organized.

  • Market research and manage report deadline.

  • Computer proficiency in word processing, data entry and spreadsheet applications.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

 

Work Environment


  • Bankers Hill location.

  • Work is normally performed in an interior office environment, no remote work.

  • The office setting is fast-paced with multiple deadlines and frequent interruptions.

  • Requires a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma preferred. One year of experience in the senior care industry a plus but not required. Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment, including proficiency in MS Office essential including excel and word.  Database management experience a plus. Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple priorities and minimum supervision and use discretion in handling confidential matters as necessary. Must be able to establish/maintain effective working relationships with the team/unit and communicate effectively in a business environment. Bilingual a plus but not required.
