Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office. (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Initial training will be mostly virtual, but may require occasional on-site visits during the first few months. Position may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD or Spalding Corporate Office.

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasking/scheduling for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software development team.
• Develop project plans for monitoring and tracking progress of IT projects.
• Facilitate customer meetings to gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements/business processes/workflows.
• Work with customers on BOT sustainment, including new requirements and updated requirements.
• Develop test plans and facilitate software/application testing events.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Measure and report project performance/status, including developing briefs for leadership.
• Coordinate new user accounts with appropriate internal teams.
• Work with the Project Manager to:
  
  
  • Research & develop metrics to show ROI and value of new bot requests, includes implementing Qlik or Power BI solutions.
  • Maintain Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM).
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Experience with IT requirements gathering/project analysis and task tracking.

• Experience with software testing and documentation (SRS, test plans, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 & Teams experience.
• Experience with RPA projects.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance, active or interim secret is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 10+ years related experience.
