Seasoned attorney with experience in the following substantive areas: Labor & Employment law. You will interact with and advise senior management in areas of your responsibility. Position also involves resolution of contract disputes; risk analysis; regulatory compliance; preparing and revising standard forms of agreements; and training internal clients on legal issues. Must have excellent writing skills and must be capable of handling most matters with a minimum of supervision. • Must be admitted to the practice of law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and to deal effectively with clients.

• Seasoned attorney with five years of experience in the area(s) in which the associate is practicing.

• Ensure that the Company complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations within the associate's areas of responsibility.


• Keep supervisor informed of all material legal matters affecting the Company.


• Review, draft and negotiate legal agreements and other legal documents.


• Advise Company concerning legal rights and obligations.
