The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of ECS clients that work within a VMS technology. This role works with sales teams and ECS Account Mangers to support essential sales functions, with a focus on maximizing client support and being a designated resource to ensure the overall success of the client. Must possess a sense of urgency and be able to balance data entry, sales results, and have prior experience that allows for exceptional support with the end-goal of simplifying the process for clients and sales teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Operational support for the flow of information and data between our sales teams and VMS clients.

  • Subject matter expert for disseminating job, creating bids, and distributing and submitting provider schedules for our VMS clients and sales teams that support them.

  • Ensure that provider's work schedules with VMS clients are entered accurately and urgently.

  • Quality and speed with submitting bids in VMS's.

  • Consult with Account Managers and teams on rate structure to be more competitive with our competition.

  • Develop a strong working relationship with your VMS counterpart.

  • Bring a solutions-oriented approach to liaising between ECS and sales teams.

  • Partner with sales representatives to drive open bids to confirmation.

  • Partner with Account Managers and Pod Leaders to resolve conflicts.

  • Consult with sales teams on how to win in VMS.

  • Communicate confirmation decisions to sales teams.

  • Build relationships with divisions, leaders, sales representatives and business partners.

  • Work with Business Partners and ECS on all updates to ensure successful assignment from start to finish.

  • Maintains and protects confidential information.

  • Highly accurate and detail oriented individual. Someone that has a high degree of organizational experience and skill. Someone that is a self-starter and can help create/maintain organizational processes.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to successfully manage relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to be an active participant in the decision-making process and identify keyways to support client.

  • Strong customer experience orientation.

  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing accordingly.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Operational experience supporting a sales team.

Preferred:


  • Work experience in healthcare or staffing industries.

  • Experience working in VMS technology Experience supporting enterprise clients.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $ 46,200 -- $ 111,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
