The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of ECS clients that work within a VMS technology. This role works with sales teams and ECS Account Mangers to support essential sales functions, with a focus on maximizing client support and being a designated resource to ensure the overall success of the client. Must possess a sense of urgency and be able to balance data entry, sales results, and have prior experience that allows for exceptional support with the end-goal of simplifying the process for clients and sales teams.

For this position, we offer a pay range of $ 46,200 -- $ 111,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
