Judge Healthcare is seeking a CT Technician for an opening with one of our top clients in the Irving, TX area ASAP!
Position Details:
Title: CT Technician
Location: Irving, TX 75038
Type of engagement: Contract to Hire
Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
Specific Duties:
Performs high quality MRI procedures, according to exam protocol, in a timely manner.
Ensures people are safe to enter the MRI environment by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug policies, protocols, and techniques.
Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients providing reassurance and support as required.
Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proficient in starting IV's
Grad of an Accredited Program
Must have current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in MRI or ARMRIT certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
