Infosys- IQE -Technical Test lead,

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as an SDET Lead / Consultant and single point of contact for driving Quality Engineering directly with clients in a multi-vendor environment. Expect you to have strong Test Management Skills, Automation Skills, Test Strategizing. You will conduct due diligence of AS-IS state and analyze the current QE challenges and propose TO-BE state. You should come up with QE solution including Automation approach and roadmap for moving to TO-BE state. Basic Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience in Software testing (STLC, Automation Testing, Test Strategizing, Test Management)
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium (or equivalent tool) for UI Automation and Postman (equivalent tool) for API Automation.
• At least 2+ years' Experience in ERP Migrations Programs. Experience with Supply Chain, Finance Modules and Workflows - Must (SAP/PeopleSoft/Oracle)
• Strong credentials on Data Migration, Teradata, Test Data Management, etc. for Transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Frisco (TX) OR Overland Park (KS) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
•Should have hands-on experience of Test Management Tools like JIRA, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, etc.
•Should have strong skills on Defect Management & Triaging

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Telecom Experience
• Good hands-on knowledge on Automation Framework Development
•Experience in:
• Problem Solving
• Test Strategizing & solutioning.
• Excellent Client liaison skills for leading and driving the Quality Engineering track.
• Coordination with multivendor teams' environment
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills - should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
