Our client is seeking a Business Analyst in Lake Buena Vista, FL.


Role Description


• Facilitate communication between the ARB, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels for disseminating ARB decisions and updates.
• Craft concise and informative messages summarizing complex technical information for a broader audience.
• Monitor progress and completion of action items assigned during ARB meetings.
• Escalate any potential delays or roadblocks to the appropriate parties.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining ARB decisions, including rationale and next steps.
• Ensure clear and concise documentation is readily available to all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain templates and standardized formats for ARB reports.
• Review and audit reports used for tracking the quality of architectural submissions presented to the ARB.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with the ARB to refine reporting processes.
• Coordinate logistics for ARB meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials.
• Maintain and update meeting minutes and reference materials.
• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis related to ARB activities.


Skills & Requirements


• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience with documentation and requirements gathering
• Strong analytical, problem -solving mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and driving engagement
• Bachelors Degree
• Familiarity with architecture concept and IT best practices
• Experience with Smartsheets.
