Your new role



You will be responsible for but not limited to preparing journal entries across portfolios, updating fixed asset schedules, analyzing asset, liability and capital accounts by compiling electronic data, expense calculations and reconciliations, prepare information for external accounting audits and more.



What you'll need to succeed



You will have a bachelor's degree, ideally in accounting, strong excel experience, and ideally 4 years of real estate accounting experience.



What you'll get in return



You will receive a salary of up to $95k (depending on experience), generous 401k plan, profit sharing, full health benefits and PTO.
