Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid LVN license in the state of California.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus.
