Position Summary:
Transfer goods and materials from incoming and outbound shipments via a forklift. Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods etc. Move materials throughout the warehouse. Proceeds to the loading and unloading of transport vehicles to and from the warehouse, with raw materials, unfinished products and/or finished products. Perform safety checks on lifts. Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies. May require certification to operate forklift.

Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are routine with clearly defined solutions. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.

Possesses moderate understanding of general aspects of job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.

Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year general experience. 1 year functional experience strongly desired. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30,200.00 - $45,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
