Job Description:
The Lifecycle Marketing manager will help drive Datasite's Product led growth motion, by owning marketing strategy across the customer journey, and managing all touchpoints and tactics to drive engagement. This will be a key cross functional role, partnering across the product, marketing, and service organizations.
Responsibilities:
Own the Customer journey
Develop and maintain a single source of truth representing all touchpoints from various teams across the customer lifecycle
Understand customer needs and the customer journey to develop content that will resonate and drive results.
Optimize touchpoints to deliver the right message at the right time, measuring results and recommending changes to improve
Drive Product led growth
Drive customers to upgrade to additional tools, apps, and subscriptions with an omnichannel approach
Help build our product lead growth motion with tactics designed to increase engagement based on our users' journey throughout our products.
Collaborate cross functionally
Communicate cross functionally to develop and execute on touchpoints owned across various teams (product, marketing, service, sales) that drive results.
Exert strategic influence to get other teams onboard with removing touch points that are ineffective and implementing new tactics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing or related function preferred), MBA preferred
7+ years experience managing lifecycle/customer marketing in SaaS companies
Experience managing messaging strategy across in app and email channels
Data driven individual committed to experimenting to find the best solutions
Must be highly adaptable, positive, and demonstrate a strong synergetic spirit in a fluid environment.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills - must be able to present and influence in key stakeholder meetings.
Fast learner and data-informed, creative thinker who can thrive nimbly in a fast-paced culture.
Experience in managing projects that have short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities.
Experience in collaborating with partners on joint go-to-market efforts.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Experience in agile product development lifecycle and Pragmatic Framework GTM disciplines strongly preferred.
Familiarity with the financial services space. Knowledge of the M&A lifecycle a strong plus.
Pay Transparency
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Salary range - 86,850 - 150,400
