Job Description Provide administrative and program management support services to the HRO Transformation Institute, which includes coordinating systemwide events, training, and managing Institute administrative needs. Work is performed under limited supervision. Direct report to the Vice President, High Reliability Transformation.

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide administrative support to the Vice President, HRO Transformation Institute (e.g., calendar management, communication support, etc.).
Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and/or events for systemwide stakeholders.
Coordinate and organize catering for department events.
Maintain and order supplies for the department.
Enroll participants in systemwide trainings.
Partner with Learning and Development and Communication Department to support registration, attendance reports, and communications needs.
Track agenda items and project milestones.
Perform internal and external research for key deliverables as assigned.
Document meeting minutes and organize library of resources and materials.
Organize and maintain electronic files and resources.
Monitor and manage objective performance trackers and dashboards.
Support the development of reports, training materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
Provide onsite or virtual support during trainings and events.
Perform other duties as assigned.

General Summary
Under the general supervision of the VP, HRO Transformation Institute, the Program Management Coordinator provides coordination, administrative, and program management support services to the HRO Transformation Institute. This involves Systemwide event and training coordinating and planning, managing committee administrative needs as assigned. In addition, the Program Management Coordinator may be asked to collaborate on departmental projects which may entail research, presentation design, stakeholder report writing, and preparation of training and event materials. Must demonstrate flexibility, outstanding organizational and project management skills, and a commitment to achieving departmental and organization goals and deliverable timelines.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
1 to 2 years' experience in administrative/clerical duties.
1 to 2 years' experience in program coordination, preferably in a health care setting preferred.
