Ultimate Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Coordinator opportunity in Cary (27513)!
HYBRID! Currently this position is only IN OFFICE on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - REMOTE Monday and Friday! Hours are 8AM-5PM each day.
This is currently listed as a CONTRACT position slated to run through the end of 2024, could go permanent!
The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to use strong writing skills to develop marketing content that supports our product marketing plans. You must be able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. You should be an excellent writer and editor, well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. Your primary goal is to develop content that will help support the sales team's revenue goals.
Job Duties:
Brainstorm and develop ideas for marketing content to be distributed across designated channels.
Ensure marketing content aligns with current marketing plans, developed customer personas, and identified pain points.
Develop content for social and maintain social media channels
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, including traffic, leads, etc.) to influence future content development.
Job Qualifications:
The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our brand and connect with our customers through various types of content.
Knowledge of AP Style.
A team player mindset with the ability to work independently.
Determination and dependability.
Two to four years of prior B2B marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
Experience with Content Management Systems (specifically HubSpot or Content Hub) is a plus
