Ultimate Staffing is in search of candidates for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with a growing company located in Raleigh.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position - Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Pay rate is $20 - $23 Depending on experience. MUST HAVE minimum 3 years' experience full cycle shipping experience, domestic and international.
Job Duties:
Manages the shipment (international and domestic) of all products, materials and supplies.
Schedule shipments and create BOL's
Completes and files all related documentation.
Collaborates and communicates with management and customer service regarding the shipment of products.
Tracks, traces and updates the status of shipments.
Maintains daily logs and reports
Communicates with vendors and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience with domestic and international shipments.
Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL
Experience scheduling shipments and creating BOL's
