Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Hybrid




Contrat Position: 18 months



Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028



Pay Rate Range: $23.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.



Shift: M-F 8a - 5p



Description/Comment:



Organizes and assists with A/R reconciliation and clean up using Excel formulas and pivots . Assisting with booking billing adjustments and working disputes submitted via email and/or via dispute module within ERP system (SAP). Assist with any additional Accounts Receivable tasks assigned as needed.



Additional Job Details:



-Hybrid. First couple of months with training will be onsite, and then gradually move to more remote. After training and move to more remote, there will be required onsite with prior notice as part of the hybrid model.

-Advanced/intermediate excel (v look ups, pivot look ups)


-Any SAP experience or oracle experience


-Accounts receivables or accounting and how things move in that department
