This position is primarily responsible for assisting potential customers with their personal insurance needs. This position will use a consultative sales approach to educate on policy and coverage options and benefits. This position is part of Beazer's Charity Foundation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Quotes and sells various insurance policies to potential customers via telephone and email with multiple carriers to meet sales targets.
Uses company sales systems to manage leads, tasks and quoting within expected time frames.
Evaluates risks to accurately quote and recommend insurance carrier and coverage based on underwriting guidelines and customer needs while meeting quality goals.
Builds and maintains relationships with provided internal or external lead sources.
Education & Experience
2-4 years experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Familiarity with Westwood Insurance Platform preferred
Skills & Abilities
Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and prioritize work
Ability to maintain confidential information
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Equally capable and adept at working independently and collaboratively
Organization and prioritizing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Additional Information
The California pay range for this position is from $31 to $32 per hour. The exact rate of pay will be based on work location(s), position, and experience level. In no instance will Beazer Homes pay less than the minimum wage.
