The CIPC repair will include renovation in its current location within the facility, as well as require new cabinetry, new countertops, sterilization equipment, flooring, ceilings, walls, lighting, pass-through window, relocation of small telephone room, exhaust and turn office adjacent to the clean room into a sterile storage room with a pass-through window from the sterilization room. The HVAC system serving the dental clinic shall be replaced with a new properly sized and zoned system with Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, ductwork, grilles, registers, diffusers, exhaust fans, and duct balancing devices for this area to better maintain temperature, humidity, and pressurization.
