We are looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! This position will be based in Cedar Rapids at our Headquarters facility with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. Very limited company vehicle travel during the day throughout Goodwill's 19-county service area as needed.
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR team through managing the many administrative aspects of recruitment, onboarding, document needs, and general team member questions. This person will provide daily management of the HR team email account, supporting the HR Generalist in following up with new hires to Goodwill to ensure team members can start on their first day with all technical and documentation needs met. This position also utilized our HR information system to run reports and ensure all documentation is stored in a team member's personnel file correctly.
Qualifications
The Human Resources Coordinator has a starting wage of $18.45 to $20.30 per hour, dependent upon experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with very occasional need for flexibility. Apply online only at www.workatgoodwill.com.
