Your new role



Assistant Project Manager (APM) who is responsible for assisting the Sr PM/PM in developing the construction plan, organizing delivery of all project components, coordinating subcontractors, and executing the contract with the client. Their Assistant Project Managers are creative, driven, and dedicated to our clients and partners, ensuring a quality project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.



What you'll need to succeed



• 3+ years in commercial construction


• Previous multifamily property experience required


• Possess an OSHA 30 certificate.


• Proficient in MS Project scheduling software.


• Working knowledge of BIM processes, software and tools.
