Job Description: As a Software Engineer, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Your role involves reviewing and analyzing complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges. These challenges may require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You'll contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you'll strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


Responsibilities:

• Compose content for apps, communities, emails, and newsletters.


• Develop business-relevant conclusions from data.


• Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics.


• Work with Product Managers, UX researchers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in SSIS Packages development and debugging.


• Advanced SQL coding.


• Tableau Dashboards & Reporting.


• Data Analysis.


• Agile Scrum.


• Ability to convert business requirements into technology specifications.


• Conduct Unit and Integration testing.


• Assist in User Acceptance testing and troubleshooting.


• Production deployment and automation.
