CSN Kearney is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of pre-service training, $500 - 3 months of employment, $800 - 6 months of employment.

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained.

Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication managementSupport individuals to practice and maintain good hygieneRun errands such as shopping and going to appointmentsEncourage and foster individuals hobbies and interestsProvide habilitation & documentationFollow health & safety protocolsEngage and coach Direct Support ProfessionalsManage & Oversee Residential Home

What Youll need
1 Year experience in field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral servicesMust be 19 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDValid drivers license and current auto insuranceReliable vehicle to transport during shiftPass all background checksFull range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
