A day in the life.
As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll provide day-to-day Client service including claim resolution, billing, and eligibility issues. Working with clients and carrier, you'll solves intermediate level issues and keep consultant aware of any escalations. Our Client Managers directly manage client relationships, so building relationships must be a passion. Attention to detail will be needed as you manage deliverables from internal and external resources, understanding and regularly reviewing client needs for discrepancies or coverage concerns. This allows our team to build creative client benefit packages and participate in carrier negotiations. Demonstrates ability and confidence in driving client strategy and directly interacts with client's decision makers. This position will be client facing and candidates should have excellent presentation skills.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
3-6 years of experience in HR or benefits
Working knowledge of insurance marketing to carrier
Understanding and able to communicate financial and experience reporting to client, including financial and claims reporting
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Bulleted list of qualifications necessary for the role
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days
