A role you will love


This role is responsible for leading the application product lifecycle from concept to launch. The overarching responsibilities are to define the long-term vision and roadmaps for a portfolio of applications, communication of key initiatives to relevant parties and deliver new applications or enhancements to existing applications in connection with new/modified service offerings that support CCT strategic priorities. This position will work closely with Product Development, Technology and our Business Stakeholders. They will manage a team of Application Product Owners and Business Analysts that support our Agile Product Management Organization.



Responsibilities include:


  • Experience developing applications from idea, build, launch and growth in a financial services, technology, or professional service sector, with ownership over a diverse portfolio of applications and services.

  • Proven management of systems/applications that are externally facing, capturing client feedback loops and driving simple solutions to meet their needs

  • Proven track record managing large, complex features or systems with multiple partners.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation and passion for understanding and solving internal and external customers' needs.

  • Proven experience translating business needs into tangible deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners, technology teams and other agile teams to build and iterate on applications/services that directly impact customers and prospects.
  • Manage the implementation of applications, drive global, reusable and configurable design, prioritization, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launch.
  • Develop a strong relationship with product development, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify and drive best practices, process, and technology improvements, and roll out new capabilities.
  • Work to drive process consistency across global teams and ensure that strategic initiatives are adopted by all.
  • Utilize excellent judgment in balancing the prioritization of strategic projects and drive forward the initiatives that maximize customer value and deliver operational excellence.
  • Meet regularly with business and technology colleagues to deeply understand user needs and preferences and obtain feedback that will ultimately drive the prioritization and roadmap of key initiatives.
  • Leverage data to facilitate decision making and evangelize, position, and communicate the benefits of the services we provide.
  • Execute the strategic vision of applications across a group of related agile teams and/or value streams.
  • Works closely with the business Sr. leaders to understand overarching business strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Ensures business objectives are met across features being planned and delivered in synchronous coordination across multiple teams.



What will you bring to the role?

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: trust, financial services, or account management
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex material and data and present it in accessible formats.
  • Experience with Web based technologies (client and server side) that include .NET, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with design and structure of SQL and/or Oracle database techniques and language.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and where each are best applied.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in and supporting global business units with in-house solutions.
  • Strong business knowledge in Corporate Trust Services

  • Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $130,000- $170,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
