Job Description:

A large retail company is looking for a Finance Operations Director. In this position, the Finance Operations Director will oversee a small, established team. The Finance Operations Director will be responsible for managing product pricing compliance, monitoring payment parameters (A/P), analyzing global cash flow, and optimizing cost reduction. The Finance Operations Director will also collaborate with various corporate stakeholders, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, as well as oversee supply chain effectiveness. Additional duties for the Finance Operations Director include leading ERP system enhancements, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.


• Master's degree is preferred.


• 9+ years of finance operations and accounts payable (A/P) experience with a large, international organization.


• At least 4+ years of experience in a leadership/management capacity.


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills are required.


• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience is essential.


• $165 - 175k.
