Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trial Motion Writer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and filing various trial motions and legal documents. This role requires a keen understanding of legal terminology, excellent research skills, and the ability to craft persuasive arguments based on case law and statutes. The Trial Motion Writer will collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to support litigation efforts and ensure all motions are filed accurately and within deadlines.



Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare trial motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents under the guidance of attorneys.


• Conduct legal research to support arguments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


• Analyze and interpret case law, statutes, and legal precedents to formulate persuasive arguments.


• Review and revise drafts of legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to court rules.


• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to gather necessary information and evidence.


• Maintain organized files and documentation related to case materials and legal research.


• Assist with document management, including drafting correspondence, filing motions with the court, and coordinating filings with opposing counsel.
