A Short Summary of Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement.  Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment. Experience in high performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.

We’re Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes and a solid track record of manufacturing leadership.

  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing technology or engineering is highly desirable.

  • Must be able to work night shift, Thursday through Saturday, and every other Sunday, 6:30pm – 6:30am, and required overtime.

  • The incumbent will be working in all phases of the manufacturing process and must be available to work flexible hours including off shifts and weekends.
