We are partnered with a global manufacturing company with a great reputation in the market that is looking to hire an FPA Manager.
The FPA Manager will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Develop and maintain financial models for this business unit.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
