Beacon Hill legal is seeking a Practice Assistant for our client a national litigation firm for their Downtown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high degree of professionalism, Superior verbal and written communication skills, Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. And the ability to handle and adjust to competing deadlines and priorities. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Print and organize monthly client billing.
Review and process client billing in a timely manner.
Convert billing to invoices, coordinate with billing attorneys, and send to clients electronically.
Assist in researching and resolving billing questions from clients.
Provide light collections assistance, in partnership with the accounting department.
Calendar and schedule project deadlines and workflow milestones.
Coordinate team meetings and project updates from team.
Process expense reports/reimbursement requests.
Provide backup administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
