A well-respected college just outside of Boston is currently seeking an Application Administrator on a direct hire basis. This candidate will be joining an established team within the M365 application ecosystem!
YOUR CAREER GOALS
Contribute to the mission of quality IT systems, high level customer support, and a commitment to IT best practices. You enjoy collaboration, customer service, project management and working within the M365 suite of tools.
YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES
You're passionate about technical support and today's latest trends within the M365 suite of tools. You recognize process or programming inefficiencies and can recommend improvements in a heartbeat. You have a B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology & Services, or a related field, and at least three years of professional experience in the following areas:
M365 Applications Administration and Support
Cisco Webex
Jira or Confluence
PowerShell
Supporting data flow and integration needs for M365
And if you've got knowledge or experience in:
Higher Education
Canvas, Cvent, Form Assembly, Qualtrics OR EMS
SharePoint
OneDrive
PowerBI
...those are certainly pluses!
You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal & communication skills are essential.
