The Fleet Analyst is responsible for maintaining all fleet records and ensuring that fleet vehicles remain in compliance with company policies and state laws. This role will be based in Indianapolis, IN and report to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all fleet vehicles are regularly maintained and that all required licensing and registrations are kept in compliance with state laws.
Work with teams to standardize and enhance division policies, processes and systems to further enable efficient and effective regulated fleet management; Create and maintain process and system documentation
Compose, compile, prepare, review and present various reports, correspondence and documents of findings and results; maintain related records and files for retention and compliance purposes
Through quantitative analysis and KPI development produce reporting at the division level on fleet utilization and optimization.
Ensure process integrity, test system changes, define reports and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities
Promote safety awareness by consistently adhering to and sharing safety rules.
Perform all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communications
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment, multi-task and support multiple projects
Skilled in use of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and other productivity tools; data analytics experience and tool usage preferred (i.e. Tableau)
Experience with a regulated fleet software system or enterprise system a plus
