MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 3RD SHIFT
Maintain and repair production equipment while supporting all departments to provide quality machined parts for customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Maintains and assigns production machine uptime.
Performs continuous improvements in department.
Completes PM's per maintenance department specs.
Informs Maintenance Technician Lead or Shift Managers of down machines.
Fills out parts request for any parts needed.
Completes daily checks (if not completed by previous shift, next shift is responsible).
Performs torque and leak tester verification procedures.
Fills MP2 for all work done.
Communicates with shift Maintenance Technician Lead on work priorities and end of shift follow-up.
Communicates with incoming/outgoing maintenance technicians on problems/issues encountered during working shift.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance, in accordance with scheduled work hours, and overtime (OT) as assigned.
Meets all physical and environmental requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Working on or possessing an Associate's degree or Certificate from a two-year College or technical school in Maintenance.
Certifications/Licenses: Electrical training.
Experience: Two or more years of industrial maintenance experience can be considered in place of the Education Requirement.
Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment.
