Role description:

For this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Document Controls, supporting project teams with various aspects of project management and delivery. This includes tasks such as schedule management, file maintenance, and maintaining document control management software. You should possess a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Role accountabilities:


  • Manage review timelines and keep the project team on schedule.
  • Attend/manage project meetings including management of agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain project logs including submittal logs, change logs, and task lists.
  • Review contract documents and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinates the development, review, submission, and approval process for project deliverables.
  • Manage project deliverable submission process in line with Contract requirements.
  • Assist in Document Control and Quality Assurance and Control process for all project documents including submittals, contract changes, correspondence, design documents, reports, meeting minutes and other records. Maintain document control/change control database systems.
  • Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications


  • 2+ years in a project management support role

Key Attributes

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Very detail-oriented, pro-active, organized, and reliable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience working in the Engineering or Construction industry working in a project delivery environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work at a high level independently with little oversight.
  • Experience with eBuilder.
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu (PDF software) desirable
  • Experience with ProjectWise and e-Builder
  • Experience with the Department of Transportation
  • Microsoft Teams/Forms/Power Automate

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $61200 - $91800. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
