Job Description



  • Sample preparation, distribution, and data collection for forced degredation studies

  • Perform routine biochemical analysis for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pahrmaceutical development, which may include peptide mapping, olgiosaccharide mapping, or other routine methods

  • Conduct anaylsis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department

  • Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualifidcation

  • Other duties as assigned




Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 0-2 years experience in a related laboratory setting or a master's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with protein biochemistry and general protein biochemical techniques involving HPLC, UV/VIS spectrophotometry, mass spectometry, etc. is helpful

  • Strong organizational skills, and maintenance of laborartroy notebook in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP) is expected

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
