Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.


Title: Project Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities:


• Oversee project engineering and management tasks, which include the creation of work scopes, engineering diagrams, technical specifications, schedules, and job costings.


• Investigate alternatives and propose the best solutions for designated projects.


• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, in-house teams, and external vendors and contractors to achieve project objectives.


• Maintain regular communication with management regarding project plans and progress.


• Uphold a secure and suitable work environment by adhering to Company, OSHA, SQF, local, state, and federal standards and regulations.


• Conduct advanced troubleshooting to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and minimize downtime.


• Provide training and guidance to maintenance, production, and quality staff.


• Adherence to company procedures and policies.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree, Mechanical Engineering preferred


• 5+ years of experience


• High speed manufacturing experience required, paper or packaging industry experience preferred
