JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into our organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and business acumen.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired companies.
Support acquired companies throughout the integration process, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Conduct thorough assessments of acquired company's systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for integration and improvement.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate acquired company's ERP systems with our existing infrastructure.
Provide training and support to acquired company's employees on our systems, processes, and best practices.
Analyze data and develop reports to track integration progress and identify potential issues or opportunities for optimization.
Act as a liaison between acquired company's employees and various departments within our organization to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
Continuously evaluate and refine integration processes to drive efficiency and maximize value for the organization.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience working with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of system integration principles .
Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools .
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION REQUREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
